• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password). Any activity conducted under your account remains your sole legal responsibility.
• Eligibility: Access is intended for medical students, healthcare trainees, physicians, and NEET PG/NEXT aspirants. Accounts registered using disposable email domains or false credentials may be terminated without notice.
• Single User License: Account sharing is strictly forbidden. Automated detection algorithms monitor simultaneous logins to safeguard platform security.

All academic materials—including MBBS PROF curricula, NEET PG portal prep modules, subject breakdowns, and interactive quizzes—are built for supplementary education and self-assessment.

• Educational Scope: Completion of modules or high performance on portal quizzes does not constitute official university accreditation or guarantee medical licensing exam outcomes.
• Intellectual Property Rights: All structured modules, proprietary graphics, branding, and original question banks are protected under trademark and copyright laws. Unauthorized scraping, recording, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.
• Curriculum Alignment: While we align materials with modern medical council guidelines, users are advised to cross-reference with standard textbooks and institutional guidelines.

Our Materials Hub hosts user-contributed notes, osteology bone-set listings (OsteoDeals), and curated textbook recommendations (BooksGrab).

• Peer-Shared Notes Repository: Notes shared by community members remain the intellectual property of their original creators. Uploaders warrant that their shared files do not violate third-party copyrights or institutional NDAs.
• Physical Equipment & OsteoDeals: Listings for anatomical bonesets or study kits are provided for peer connection. MEDICO ZENITH acts as an informational hub and is not liable for physical condition, verification, or transaction disputes between individual buyers and sellers.
• Third-Party Book Links (BooksGrab): External links to commercial books or tools redirect to verified third-party vendors. Pricing and delivery remain under the third-party merchant's terms.

The Clinical Insights section includes clinical diagnostic breakdowns, high-yield case studies, and treatment overview summaries intended exclusively for medical education.

• Strict Patient Anonymity: All clinical discussions adhere strictly to patient privacy standards. Clinical cases presented are synthetic or fully de-identified. Users submitting anecdotes must remove all personal health identifiers.
• No Direct Patient Management: Content must never be used to replace direct attending supervision, hospital protocol, or professional diagnostic judgement.

Our Mentorship Program pairs aspirants with senior medical students or top rankers for personalized study planning and strategy sessions.

• Guidance Nature: Mentorship provides peer-based study strategies and schedule organization. It does not replace psychological counseling or professional therapy.
• Scheduling & Cancellation: Mentorship sessions must be booked in advance. Rescheduling requests require a minimum 24-hour notice prior to the allotted time slot.
• Code of Conduct: Professional conduct is required. Harassment, abusive language, or unauthorized recording of 1-on-1 sessions will result in immediate termination of platform privileges without refund.
